For the Metal Travel Shuttle Bus and Wacken Hotel Packages the following conditions apply.
1. Reservation
1.1 Reservations can only be made online under www.metaltravel.de or www.mondialevents.de.
1.2 You must be at least 18 years old in order to place a valid reservation and fully agree to the terms and conditions of Mondial events&travel GmbH.
2. Payment
2.1 Payments are accepted only by credit card or bank transfer.
3. Change of reservation / cancellation by you
3.1 You may change your bus reservation until 14 days prior to departure at a nomimal fee of Euro 10.- per person. To change your reservation, please write to: metaltravel@mondialevents.de
3.2 In case you need to cancel your bus reservation, we will charge a service fee of Euro 20.- per person. The balance of the fare paid will be refunded to your credit card.
3.3 Mondial events&travel GmbH can not be held responsible for any misconnex in connection with your own travel arrangements. If you miss the bus indicated on your travel voucher there is no refund for the fare paid, but we will do our best to accommodate you on the next available coach at no extra cost.
3.4 For Wacken Hotel packages plus festival tickets
Festival tickets are not part of the hotel package booking. Due to WOA festival ticket conditions, WOA Festival Tickets are non refundable.
3.5 General cancellation conditions
up to 45 days: 20% of total amount (minimum EUR 50.- per person)
less than 45 days: 30% of total amount
less than 28 days: 40% of total amount
less than 14 days: 75% of total amount
no show: 90 % of total cost
4. Change of travel arrangement
4.1 Mondial events&travel GmbH will inform you immediatlely about any changes in your travel itinerary. In case you can not agree to our alternative offer, you may cancel your reservation free of charge.
5. Cancellation by Mondial events&travel GmbH
5.1 Mondial events&travel reserves the right to cancel a Shuttle Bus if the required minimum of bookings for the bus, as indicated on our pricelist, can not be archieved. If we need to cancel your reservation, we will inform you at least four weeks prior to the departure date.
